The commissioning of shutoff valve blocks was successfully performed
Globaltechexport Ltd. took part in the construction of new generating facilities in southern Russia.
Under these projects, Globaltechexport Ltd. designed, manufactured, supplied, and assembled 4 shutoff valve blocks for gas conditioning prior to its feed to the gas turbine unit.
Shutoff valve block specifications:

Medium — natural gas;

Gas pressure — up to 4.0 MPa (g);

Total flow rate — 60,000 Nm3/h.
Equipment Configuration (per each block):
- 1 x gas flow shutoff line based on quick-acting safety shutoff valve DN200 PN40;
- 1 x technological gas metering line DN200 PN40;
- 3 x natural gas fine cleaning lines DN200 PN40 with stainless steel outlet.
