Engineering Services:
- Selection and engineering of the basic process for design documentation development, or project implementation including preparation of the process flow diagrams, P&IDs, selection of the basic equipment, preparation of utility flow diagrams, product and chemical storage layouts, and general arrangement drawings for the facility;
- Development of detailed design comprising mechanical and electrical equipment, instruments and controls, and equipment with rotating parts;
- Development of all the required technical documentation including guidelines for all project phases, and equipment manufacturing;
- Supervision of the equipment manufacturing process and non-destructive testing;
- Development of the equipment installation method.
Design Documentation:
- The design documentation phase is the most important project implementation stage. It provides a higher degree of detail and precision as compared to a standard FEED. It identifies long lead materials and equipment, which shall be considered at the design documentation and EPC project bid preparation stage.
