Design, manufacture and supply

Globaltechexport Ltd. offers turnkey solutions for industrial plants: ready-to-operate automatic compressed air and nitrogen units . The equipment is installed in a transportable modular unit with all utility systems. This allows for quick commissioning at any site without the need for permanent structures.

We supply units that are fully automatic and can operate unattended. The system automatically maintains preset parameters, and remote control via up-to-date communication protocols allows for integration into your common enterprise management system.
Our instrument air and nitrogen units offer the optimal balance of price, reliability, and performance.

Why do customers choose modular units?

No need to obtain any construction permit

A containerized module is not considered a capital construction project. You do not need to obtain any permits, which saves months that would otherwise be spent for approvals.

Ready-to-operate unit

The system is supplied fully assembled, tested and configured. To start operation, you only need an even concrete foundation, connection to a 380V network and connection of output pipelines to the consumer. Commissioning takes no more than 5 days.

Self-contained operation and intelligent control

The unit is equipped with a local automation system (based on state-of-the-art domestic REGUL, OWEN, etc. controllers), which ensures:

  • maintaining nitrogen purity
  • safe operation
  • data transmission to the upper level

Reliability in any conditions

The containerized module features heat insulation (up to 200 mm), corrosion-resistant coating (service life up of to 40 years), and optionally aluminum floors, heating systems, supply and exhaust ventilation, lighting and fire extinguishing systems. The unit can withstand transportation, storage, and operation in harsh environments.

Air and nitrogen purity

The unit generates ultra-high purity air (Class 0-1-0 acc. to ISO 8573.1) and high purity nitrogen (up to 99.9%, dew point -50 °C).
